Web Accessibility for User Diversity

Monitoring Disney Studios web environments utilizing software and analytics to ensure compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) international standards, including WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2.​ The common accessibility barriers I user to consider include:

• Visual (e.g., color blindness)

• Motor/ Mobility (e.g., wheelchair-user concerns)

Enhanced the Disney Movie Insider's customer loyalty program as my primary objectives is to strategize, develop, and manage it with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, design and implement innovative customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's broader marketing and sales strategies, and analyzing customer feedback.
