Managed the new e-commerce development and feature roadmap from planning to implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Service, Design, Merchandising and Legal. Also worked with user community to ensure solutions are designed for the optimal shopping experience.

Managed product requirements for the earth-friendly materials and process by creating effective user stories, functional requirements, wireframes. icons and mockups working closely alongside the marketing and design team.
