AMEX Unstaged Experience
My Role: Collaborated alongside all development teams to build roadmaps and maintain software (by Virtual-Tables, Unity, and VMix) through proper sequencing and coordination and resolution of blockers. Which brought alive the American Express Unstaged virtual online experience for musical artists SZA, Lizzo, Dua Lipa, and Maroon 5. I managed the styling updates and ensured the features functioned properly including the login screen, pre-event and post-event settings, meet and greet guest suite, and main control room. All while maintaining partnerships with business stakeholders to define compliant outcomes, MVPs satisfy regulators, and customer experiences across the domain.

SaaS Event Management Platform
Owned the SaaS event platform as product manager introducing new features, capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with a third-party solution to enhance product and viewer experience. New features I launched alongside cross-functional engineers and designers included VTX Mobile App, Registration, Control Room, Pin Management, and Smart Panels) and phase one of DigiSign. Additionally, I managed styling iterations for accuracy, including the welcome screen, pre-event, post-event, login screens, guest suite, and administrator controls functioned correctly.
