My Role: Spearheaded the development and growth of LocaliQ.com SEO and website product offerings for small to midsized businesses (SMBs). Managing the full development, launch, and scalability of the Inbound Call Recorder product adding new features including setting up a forwarding number, changing a forwarding number, new dashboard design, setting configurations, and more. Partnered directly together with the board of directors, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring it to market.

Launch Inbound Call Recorder Web & Mobile
Responsible for the the call recorder solution and working on adding new features and functionality, ultimately driving greater adoption and engagement with the product. As product owner, I supported all aspects of the implementation of marketing strategies and their execution for the call recorder on the LocaliQ.com website. I leveraged analytics, identifying new opportunities, and measuring the impact of campaigns
Product Performance KPIs Tracked
Owned the Inbound Call Recorder product driving improvements and analyzing data from Google Ads and MixPanel to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost engagement, retention, and growth. Managed the performance of loyalty and paid acquisition initiatives, as well as maintaining product features content with an SEO lens to made sure all content is aligned with business and marketing strategies.
5% User Increase
Five percent increase of daily active users (DAU) were tracked while monitoring the customers engagement.
14 Day Average
Within a thirty-day period, after fourteen days the average engaged customer does not return; this was the primary challenge I helped increase.
10% Traffic Growth
Between the peak Summer months, July - September, the website traffic growth rose by ten percent.
